Wake Rail Jam produced by Step Up Productions

Produced by Step Up Productions, the Rail Jam set-up consists of two pools holding over 50,000 gallons of water. With the aid of a high-speed, gas powered winch, competitors are pulled across a course that packed with rails, sliders, jumps and other features allowing them to get “sick” air and perform crazy tricks. Watch and be amazed as professional wake boarders from all around the country compete against each other in air defying feats.

Twiggy The Water-Skiing Squirrel

“Twiggy’s Lagoon” is known for the World Famous Water-skiing Squirrel.  Twiggy has performed in front of millions of people  since 1979.  She has been all over the world performing in all styles of events such as X-Games, Boat, Travel, RV, and various Trade shows.  Twiggy has been in many Movies, TV Shows, and even Commercials over the past few decades.  You can follow us @TwiggysLagoon as Twiggy tours the world performing for spectators of all ages!

Official Boaters Safety Course at the Detroit Boat Show – FREE!

Learn the rules of the water and other helpful safety tips for boating during a free six-hour boating safety seminar. Remember, passing this exam often accounts for discounts on your boating insurance. Participants will receive a free ticket to the boat show compliments of Yamaha. The Detroit Boat Show partners with the Oakland County Marine Division to offer this free boating safety class

Space is limited. Pre-registration is recommended. Registration is required. Please be prompt. Allow time to park and find your classroom.

Detroit Boat Show Gives Back

    A Boat Load of Food – Donate 5 canned goods at he door to Gleaners Community Food Bank and receive free admission from 3-6 pm.
